SwissSensus gets intralogistics pilots to rollout.
For shop floors where people, automation and humanoid robots work side by side.

Projects often stall where floor data meets the management decision. SwissSensus works on both ends: what really happens on the floor, and the business case, rollout plan and KPIs management needs.

For operators
A pilot result and a rollout decision within 6 months.
RTLS, perception, AMRs, humanoid robots: every vendor looks good on a slide. SwissSensus helps you find what fits your use cases and gets it running in daily operation.
What you get: a shortlist with reasons, a pilot result in your numbers, and a decision you can defend to management.
On independence: I don't take vendor commissions. I also advise technology providers, so I tell you up front if any of them is on your list, and I step back on that decision.
Show the steps
Month 1 to 2: Probe. A technology overview matched to your use cases. You get a shortlist of 2 to 3 options with written reasons.
Month 3 to 6: Prove and decide. A pilot on your floor with success criteria agreed up front, a business case in your own numbers, and a clear go or no-go.
Month 7 to 12: Start rollout. SwissSensus works with your team and your integrator on integration, KPIs, IT approval, and preparing the works council and data protection case.
Show typical questions
Typical questions:
- Our pilot works. Why isn't it rolled out?
- Which tasks stay manual, which get automated, and where could humanoid robots fit?
- How do we show ROI in search time, utilisation and safety?
- How do we get the works council on board when we track vehicles and people?
For system integrators
Pilots that end in a rollout order.
Industry benchmark: only about 3 in 10 digital pilots in manufacturing reach full scale (McKinsey). For integrators that means long sales cycles, stalled installations and projects that never pay back.
How SwissSensus shortens the cycle:
What you get: shorter sales cycles and more pilots that turn into orders. The same approach took a technology provider's partners with active deals from 11 to 21 in six months.
I work for you. You engage me, and your customer stays your customer. I can work under your project name, as part of your team in front of the customer. If your customer asks, I say openly who I am and who engaged me.
Show the steps
Week 1 to 2: Floor check. Processes, layout, people and vehicles, and what the customer really needs to see.
Week 3 to 4: Use case and business case. One use case, with a number management signs off on.
Week 5 to 12: Pilot with exit criteria. Agreed up front, so the pilot ends in a decision.
After that: Handover to rollout. Plan, owners and KPIs, so your customer orders the next sites.
Show typical questions
Typical questions:
- Why do our customer projects stall after go-live?
- How do we win the business case with operations and finance as well as IT?
- Which technologies should we add to our portfolio next?
For OEMs and technology providers
Turn your product into industrial orders in Europe.
You have the product. SwissSensus brings the integrators, dealers and operator contacts in DACH and Europe, and I run the first deals with them personally.
Market entry. Which countries and customer groups first, how they decide, what proof they need.
Partner and channel setup. OEMs, integrators and dealers who sell and support your product.
Field reality check. How your product meets real operations: shared space with people and forklifts, safety acceptance, IT approval, who owns it at the customer.
What you can expect: a European market entry with partners selected and the first named deals in progress within six months. In a recent market entry for a perception technology provider, closed deals rose from 4 to 13 and partners with active deals from 11 to 21 in that time. I never work for direct competitors of an active client.

Founder, SwissSensus GmbH, Ennetbürgen
For 16 years I've worked in intralogistics and industrial technology: inside industrial companies, advising technology vendors, and leading go-to-market for technology sold to large industrial companies across Europe, North America and APAC. Today I work on bringing perception technology into intralogistics across Europe, with OEMs, integrators and RTLS partners.
SwissSensus works with selected partners on selected projects, and you always work with me directly.
